| Epilog |
A very good result for RB Concept
engines, after qualifying 2 RB Concept engines in the top 10. After the
semi-finals both drivers Knut Eriksen and Martin Christensen came through
without much difficulties. The the final went off and that is where we saw the
real performances of our RB Concept engines in the hands of our non
professional drivers making a difference. Unfortunately Martin was pushed out
of the track and so he lost his hopes for a top 3 spot, however Knut has been
in the 3rd spot immediately after the start and has not left a lot of space at
the others, unfortunately his car was less good at the end of the race and so
he lost 1 spot. Still a very good result, since the first 4 places ended very
close.
Unfortunately after the race Knut has been disqualified because his
fueltank was found suddenly too big while when this same fueltank was found
O.K. after the 1/2 final...., seems there is not always justice for non
professional drivers. Anyway we
congratulate Martin Christensen and Knut Eriksen with their wonderful
results. |
