I would like to thank Rody Roem for excellent customer service I received from him and RB in general. I am sorry some people may have had a "bad" experience with RB, but I have nothing but praise for the RB team. Good products and above and beyond customer service! Hope the rest of you receive this exceptional customer service as well.
