Upon installing a new 323 in to a revo it starts fine and runs as long as we still have the glow starter attached... First thought is of course the glow plug.. Been changed 4 times... New fuel line and the red oring in the tank lid. Doesn't seem like the carb is set rich. As it always restarts perfectly. Are we overlooking the obvious??

Hard to tell like this what this could be..., maybe the idle too low and has the engine done this since the beginning?, How old is the engine and how is the compression? What glowplugs are you using? Have you asked your LHS?

My buddy was having an issue exactly like this and it turned out to be a couple diffrent issues... The main one was some horrible fuel... have you tried a frsh new gallon of fuel that is decent fuel? I know with my 323 I had a lot of tuning issues using any fuel with more than 14% oil. After the new fuel was in the engines tune was WAY off!!! after some new fuel and a fresh tune it was back to normal.

It was a fresh bottle of Byron's 20% with 16% oil... Have always ran it in my 323... My son has pressue tested it and found the front bearing leaking
You know what it's like when you run a 323 so you kind of push your kid into buying the same... And then it won't stay running....oh well we will figure it out...

my mate had a similar problem when he was running his 323 in. shame you swapped it for an S7. turns out that the oil that came from the engine wasnt going out the pipe (because the header flows up rather than down) and so was "flooding" with engine with excess unburned oil
