Hello there.
Well i wanted to know if there is anything special i should do when changing fuel from 20 to 30%?

No, do not use shims from other brand engines.

i know its been posted before but whats the thickness of those shims for 30% nitro

If you use 30% nitro you need to add 1 shim of 0.1mm
