I installed the TM323 into my revo. Broke it in fine. Ran it at the track a couple weekends and was just smoking by people. Then, yesterday, I was on my 4th tank, I let it sit for about 10 minutes while helping someone, and cannot get it started!!

Glow plug is fine (tried a new one too), no air leaks, checked the inside of the engine...it is fine, compression is fine, etc...

I do have a couple dents in the muffler...but that shouldn't be an issue, right? I am using Traxxas 20%, will be trying a new one next and I am replacing the fuel lines. But there is gas in the chamber and a spark at the plug...I just don't get it??

Any suggestions, thoughts? [Confused]

Thanks!!

I got it started!!! I had to take the tube from the exaust to the gas tank and blow in to it while cranking it...once it fired up, I was able to put the tube back on the exaust the pressure stayed. I don't get, why was the set-up not getting enough gas to the carb? Is it the classic revo gas tank issue here? Anyway, I am getting a new gas tank, fuel filter, and fuel tubes just to be sure...this was a pain!

It is normal that when you start your engine for the first time of the day that you need to prime it a little.
What you can do next time is while starting you block the stinger with your finger so the build-up pressure in the exhaust will push the fuel inside the carburetor. When the fuel arrives in the engine you will notice the rpm goes up, this then means your engine has receive the fuel and you should take off your finger from the stinger.
Don't do this too long otherwise you risk to flood the engine.

Thanks Rody. I truly think I have a pressure issue with my setup. I have been doing this for years, although this is my first time with an engine over .15. Now I am addicted to the power of this thing. NICE!!.

Trying this engine is going to cost me a lot because I am going to have to replace the smaller .15's in my other trucks and cars....
