Rody, I decided to retire the REVO and have this great engine as an option to run it in my buggy. I know there are better engines for buggies but I would like to keep the engine since it's so reliable and on a budget. Are the any concerns I should know? I haven't tried to fit the engine in the buggy yet but it doesn't hurt to try. Shall I gear up for the amount of torque the TM 323 produces? I shouldn't have any clearance nor mesh issues since the motor mount determines all that.
If anybody else has a successful attempt on this their input would be appreciated...

The problem to fit a TM323 engine in a buggy is that the measurements of this engine and its crankshaft are not of the same usual standard, so you cannot install it without modifying the clutch and engine mounts.

I've noticed the clutch bells are smaller on the REVO than on 1/8th scales. The short crankshaft of the TM323 will not mesh properly either nor the flywheel will align with the chassis hole. The exhaust system will need to be moved forward too. This sport is about modifying so I will consider the time and cost to modify versus just purchasing another engine fit for 1/8th scale buggies. Thanks for the quick response!
