I have a problem with my exhaust pipe. First off I love the sound of the 323 and would hate to change it.The problem im having is the pipe seems kind of soft and dents easily.I have taken quite a few bad landings in the long time that I have owned it and the pipe has a lot of dents in it at this point.
Now I see a lot of pipe selections available on the products section that are made from a much tougher material.
Will there ever be a TM323 pipe with the stock specifications made from this harder (polished) metal?

You can reach into the pipe with a socketdriver and smooth out most of your dents. I would not advise using another pipe due to the possibility of tuning issues. The stock 323 pipe can be purchased for less than $30 wich is about half of anything else out there. I'd just get a new stock pipe if yours it too beat up.

Has anyone tried using 1/8 scale pipes mounted to the side? ex; 086 or **** on their 323? Just wondering if it will make a difference.

I have used an 063 pipe but I did not mount it out the side..... I used the old style RB 063 and attached it just like the stock pipe and it seemed to run better IMO.

I have heard the Trinity pipe does not do anything for the 323, the stock pipe does work great, when I used the RB063 two piece pipe it seemed to be a little more quiet and have a little more bottom end. The only thing with the 063 is you will need to make your own pipe hanger and the pipe does come out of the body but mine does not hit the tire.

LOL... well, I found a problem with the stock pipe hanger... so, I had to make one for my pipe... it saves my header gaskets (the stock location was putting too much pressure on my header... causing the gaskets to blow prematurely) and it protrudes just a little out of the body... Personally, I would take Rody's advice... the Stock pipe was designed to run with it... I have heard of a few attempts at other pipes, without success. I LOVE the stock pipe... it's impressive... I impressed my buddy with a .28 powered Savage the other day... just by starting 'er up.

Ohh yeah when I ran 323 in my Revo I upset a few people with .28's in their LST's. If you ever decide you want to Upgrade the WS7II is an amazing engine in the Revo!!! It's just all around more power than the 323 and a lot more fun to drive. On a good straight on my local track I can pass all the truggys once I start pulling second gear! They say it's not fair that I have 2nd gear but technically their truggys should be faster around the track.

Does the WS7 bolt right in? No shaft modifications/engine mounts? Wat about starting it?

Ohhh not a bolt in... Requires a BB install kit, Qoncepts is the best one out there. Also need the starter box. The starter box is a great choice even for the 323 though because it is sooo much easier to deal with.
