I am having trouble keeping my 323 running in my Revo. The engine would start but die after giving it some gas. I tried the factory setting but it ran the same. I am using a motor savers air filter, 20% blue thunder race fuel, Mccoy mc-8 plug, OFNA 9.5 violator tank. I also reciently sealed the engine with silcone to prevent air leaks and put new fuel line on it. Is there a certain length of fuel line that is recomended for the carb and exhaust, and what RB plug would be recommended? I live in FL with temps in the high 80s and 90s. Any help would be appericated.

I am currently running the same setup except the type of glow plug you are using. Try "RB #1055-6". Are you still using the stock glow plug? What type are you using to heat the plug? Try an external one. Also, what are YOUR factory needles set at? I "broke-in" my TM323 with: HSN@5 out, LSN@6, and IDLE@1 1/4. I had the same syptoms as you did. The setup I used to finally get the enigine going was at: HSN@5 1/2, LSN@5, and IDLE@1 1/4. I kept the cooling head temps of around 180-200 consistantly. Hope that helps...
