I was wondering could i use my dremel and grind a groove in the cooling head like the traxxas 2.5r so that i can tighten the motor bolts on my revo the rb323 head is so big i can't get to it to good i have the ez start on and its very hard to tighten the bolts down will this grinding affect the cooling head or should i not try this

Yes, you can do this and it will not really affect the total cooling, unless you really remove a lot of material but I do not think that this is needed.
