May I ask what this engine tops out at in the Revo? How is the speed comparable to a S7 II?

Ok, on the Radar Gun, it peak out @ 48.4 MPH. I have run 12 tanks of fuel, and it still tight. So, I'm thinking It mite go a little faster. Still, not bad for a truck. I didn't get a chance to clock my buggy (it has WS7II) maybe next weekend.

Question for Rody, I know the part number of the Glow plug, but what heat range it that grow plug?
6, 7 or 8? Thanks Rody.

So even with the engine not being completely broken in yet it is already about 10mph faster than the stock engine, thats sweet! I am guessing there is but is there a big difference in the low end as well?

Yup, I have been trying all weekend to find a wheelie bar, but everyone is already sold out. From a dead stop @ 1/2 throttle it comes up. Even when it's already moving (I lost count on how many times I turn it over) it will come up. I'm thinking of changing the gears (16/36 - stock is 15/38) and maybe that will help some until the W. Bar comes in. Great engine !!

Hey Y2K, have you installed the forward only gear on the truck, or is that speed with the stock tranny?

Nope, all stock gears. I'm thinking about installing 16/36 (stock is 15/38) being my Revo is spending more time on it's back than the wheels!

y2k103, I was wondering how the16/36 gearing work out for you? I just put a Tm323 on my Revo and like your it's always on its back. Race on!!

If you mount a wing on the Revo it works pretty well as a wheelie bar.

Revo wing

Revo wing 2
