Just wanted to let RB know how happy I am with my new S5. I knew it wasn't the top-of-the-line motor but it has more than exceeded my expectations. After break-in and reading many posts on this site, I am greatly impressed by the power, idle, and overall quality of this engine. I started with a *** pipe and found that the *** revs higher while still preserving plenty of bottom end. It doesn't keep up with the WS7 but has more power than I could have expected for the price and has the perfect low end power band for the tracks we race. It has been shimmed for 30% and has just finished its first gallon. Temps are around 250 and runs perfect all day long with great idle and acceleration. Thanks RB for a great product.
