Hello,

I have a Tm728 in a Losi LST with the factory pipe.

I got the truck from a friend and it has not been ran in about a year. I put some fresh fuel and a new glow plug in it and it started on the 3rd pull. The tuneing seemed off so I started to try and tune on it and now I can not even get it to start. Sometimes it acts like it wants to fire but, it does not.

I returned it to Factory settings, with no luck. Should it start with the factory settings?

Also I am kinda confused with the factory settings. It says 4 turns on the main needle and 6 on the idle needle. Is the idle needle the same as the LSN?

The carb has 3 adjustment screws correct? (HSN, LSN, and idle speed)

I have searched the fourm and can not quite gather enough info.

Anyone with this engine what are your carb needle settings and idle gap?

Any tuneing and starting tips would be greatly appreciated I have no LHS and the engine is starting to frustrate me.

Please Help!!

Also where can I get parts for this motor? The manual has exploded view and part #'s but no parts listing.

Help Please!

Seems like the engine is flooded with fuel or your socket is not making the glowplug glowing too much.
Take out the glowplug and check if the wire is glowing enough.

Main-needle = HSN
idle-needle = LSN
Airgap should be 0.8

Where to get parts, try at a-mainhobbies.com
