can i get actual HP and RPM specs for the TM728? dont understand why these are not published and other .28 engine makers supply there specs.

Don't believe those specs when they come straight from the companies. They are not very practical. BTW it's much more important how the engine performs and how its power delivery and economy is.

Power, races won, performance, and reputation speak for themselves, No need for specs or dyno graphs. You can find dyno results on these engines if you look around the net and they produce impressive numbers.

the biggest reason we do not publish any kind of horsepower numbers is because there is no industry standardized way of measuring for them
there are a few different dynos out there and each of them works differently because of how they are designed and the mathematical inputs that are used for factoring the numbers.
if there was only 1 company in the world that offered a dyno for this specific application and everyone used it to achieve their numbers than that would be a different story, but because this does not exist its more practical not to publish numbers.
