Saw that lots of online shops have clearance sale of the non L2G engines with the 928 included. Does that mean a new 928 is coming out ? as i want to buy another one very shortly!

Not that we know of, the engines have been released in February, so it seems to me a little early for another new release.

I would think the RT L2G would be the replacement? Not true? I know it is not a nine port, but it is truggy specific as I read it. should be a beast!

hello LSTfan

the TM928 from my understanding is being phased out and the new RT engine will be replacing it.

online shops are probably just clearing their stock of the non L2G engines since the release of the new L2G lines at Nuremburg.

i would probably expect to see many shops offer sales or discounts on the non L2G engines, the new engines however are not only asthetically appealing but have performance advantages too, the lower center of gravity and the head being more centered to the glowplug and combustion chamber help to retain heat in the engines so the tune stays more consistent

im sure Rody can give us more info on this if he feels its needed but this is the jist of it for those interested in knowing

thanks
