Rody my 928 is just breaking in,now during maintaince,I removed the head and found the exhaust side of the piston and the sleeve slightly burnt or blackened,using 20% odonnel,the truck runs great but the exhaust seem very hot,engine runs great otherwise.Using team losi ht chrome pipe and manifold.

This is normal because the temperatures are higher at that area and so the deposit of the burned oil is starting from there. Normally lateron it will spread at the rest of the piston depending on the oil used in the fuel if this goes faster or not.
