can i use 20% fuel cause its all my local shop has? if so do i need to adjust the shims?

would i be better off mail ordering 30%?

No this engine is meant to run 20% or 25$ on the stock head shims.

I'd use something with lower oil percent (10%-14%) and less castor than synthetic in the blend.

id use odonnal 20% mine loves it and is no issue..
