That all well and good, but they don't have a clue,
i'am not dising RB, i am just asking people advice,
i no what the problem is, the spool inside the pullstart is slightly to big, i put some washers on and its fine, just thought you should no of this problem sorry if you got the wrong impression...

I do not really agree that the shop who sells our engines do not have a clue...

We have tested the engines and its starting system thouroughly before relasing this into the market and did not find any problems.

However this does not mean that nothing can go wrong either and what I wanted to stress in my previous post is that if you feel that there is a problem with your engine(or in this case your starting system), this forum is not made to handle eventual after sales, these have to be adressed to your LHS or Dealer from who you have purchased our engine.
