Engine arrived this morning, first impressions are amazing!

Run in the engine as suggested here. I was just about to run it in the car when the pull start failed. The cord has sliced through the inner drum. Realising the pull start could have been a problem I had been taking it easy, so it's a real shame I couldn't run it properly.

RB Chaps - Obviously I need a new pull start. Is the .28 pull start similar or the same as any other model in the range, or any other make?

I'm hoping I can get a replacement from the LHS.

Thanks in advance.

Rody, thanks, got that with the engine.

What I'm really after is - is it a standard fitment for the pull start? Is it the same as any other engine? Because I doubt my local hobby shop will have the exact part. I would really like to get it running this weekend, rather than waiting for the replacement [Wink]
