Hello,

I tried contacting RB by email a few times, but i always get the letter back, saying that something is wrong.

Is it my computers' problem or rb's ?

Found your mail, so they have arrived and I have transferred this to the person in charge, seems that your mail has been send more then one time and so you can get these kind of error messages.
