As you are aware the US based RC drag racers use alot of your engines as they respond very well to drag racing environment. I was thinking it might be a good idea to have a "Drag Race" Topic in Forum for drag race enthusiasts.

As you know we tune to track, air conditions, gearing, wings, rear tire diameter, head shims, tuned pipes, plugs constantly to stay up with changes during eliminations.

Keep up the great work. What is the difference in weight and performance of the C5 and new C6 and Xenon?

We just completed our IMDRA VP Race Fuels Series West Coast Nationals race #2 drag race in Southern california at Rialto Airport track. We had a un backed up record in Top Fuel w/.21 with belt drive 2 speed at 1.59 seconds in 132' track.
New single speed shaft drive cars are beginning to show up and run in Extreme class. If you get over to states in Northern California and would like to see some RC drag racing (15 minutes from SF Airport and Ace Hardware Hobby) I would be more than happy to take you to our events in Hayward. Ask Kevin at Ace Hobby about us..

Thank you

Thank you for your post.

I however think that a specialisation of Drag Racing would be too much in our forums since I then also need to make special sections for all the other classes available, which will be a little too much for me to handle.

I also noticed that you have already a very nice forum up and running, so what would be the use for us to add another forum to ours.

I would be happy to come over for a vist next time when I am around, it would be a pleasure and interesting to see how you are using our engines. This will be surely very different for what we have basically intended our engines for.

As for the differences between the new C6 engines and the Xenon engines, the weight of both the Xenon and C6 are about the same but I prefer you wait untill we have relesed the engines on our website to have all the technical information available.
