I'm a bit disappointed. The old site was easy to navigate, and products-details were easily found.
1) new site deosn't work properly with Netscape. 2) I get half in french and portions in english. 3) Product-Details are missing. 4) Load times are longer.
Although the new site is prettier, it is a step backward for us customers.

Maybe I have not been able to find it, but it was nice in the FAQ section on the old site to be able to get the factory setting section. This one seems to also clump stuff together when you are looking for particular stuff.

Just one simple thing I want to see. Please get the exploaded views back on the site somewhere.
It has been a real pain not having those there when I have been needing to order parts.

In contrast to my previous post about RB's new website I must say that this new site is veryable , good work Rody! All info is there, so far as I could see, and it's loading up quick, well done!
Just one critical note as a regular forum visiter, I can only come to this forum through SERVICES at the homepage, it would be easier if this forum should have it's own link, or am I wrong?

It's alway good to see the "Big Cheese" in the company listening to the "little" person. Thanks Rody for your personal attention and hearing our needs.:-)

I don't know if it is my connection or what,,but I cant look at anything on the website,,it says warning,,cannot connect to mysql server. You get some of the graphics and a listing of motors,,but when you click on a motor to look at,,you also get the same warning.

Well done Rody, I luv the new board !. It's more attractive & informative.
I luv the part when I turned on my computer in the morning & was greeted with 'Gentlemen, start your engines !'. Wow, that really start my adrenaline flowing quickly.
