No it is not really normal that fuel comes from the front-bearing, however are you sure this is the problem?
For example if you leave the fuel in the fueltank and you transport your car in a position that the fuel can run into the engine then it is normal you can have fuel coming out of the front-bearing.
If this is not the case I suggest you contact your LHS from who you have purchased the engine from and aske them to take a look at it.
I will try tomorow again the carbu was mayby not on the right place there was a little space between carbu and engine . But i did the transport with a empty fuel tank! The carbu and the backplate of the clutch was under the fuel so i will cheq tomorow.
