Hi everyone! I was talking to this older bloke about these motors,he's into planes and boats.He was telling me that as specially with high performance engines,that the best way too run these motors in is with braso! Yes thats right braso!He thinks that the first time you start these motors you cant control the expansion rate of the piston and sleeve. the best way to get around this is too not actually start the motor, but just to turn it over(starter box)on the bench For about 5mins with about 15 drops of broso and 45 drops of fuel for lubrication.???
This cant be right guys,can it??

Sound revolutionairy to me, I personally do not think this is right since the engine will not reach the right temperature and neither will then the pison/liner.
You can control the expansion rate of the metals my controling the temperature of the engine.
