okay, I finally got my engine to idle through one tank without any problem. However, it started to rain so I have to call it a day. I have some question for the rest of the steps given in the instruction manual.
Step 2) Open Main for 1/2 turn and run it around the track. - How should I run the engine? Give it 1/8 throttle for 1 second? Please give me more specific instructions.
Step 3)What is the exact turns I should give the main needle after every 125cc of fuel consumption?
Step 4) Again how many turns should I give the main needle after each 125 cc of fuel consumption?
Thank You

Step 2) The engine should be run at full throttle, the rich HSN setting will prevent the rpm from going too high.

Step 3 and 4) Sorry cannot really quantify this, since this depends on how the engine is running.

What you need to understand is that during the running-in period the engine needs to get used to the rpm while racing at its full potential.

Hello Rody
okay, but is it possible to give me an benchmark temperature on the engine during step 3 and 4, please? Also, should I run it at full throttle (constant for X seconds, or a blip)? This is my first RB product, so I really don't want to mess it up!
Thank You

Around 80°C should be O.K.

Yes, you should run it at full throttle constant for X seconds.
