Is there a good reason for using "break in fuel" with extra oil when I break in the engine ?? the engine will be running on 16% tornado fuel, but some people is telling me to use 1L of "break in fuel" before I start to use the 16% fuel... The "break in fuel" is only 10% nitro and has a lot more oil in it (Don't remember how much)
I will do the break in as it is written on the RB website.

Normally, the .12 engines come shimmed for 16% of nitro. Not sure but probably the monster fuel contains a lot more nitro so you have to be careful and add shims depending on the nitro. I simply would use fuel with 16% of nitro. This is also what you may have to use for racing.

Yes, of course you can use the 16% fuel later. But if you further want to use the monster fuel (for break-in or always, this makes no difference), you should add 0.1mm of a shim for each 5% nitro your fuel tops the 16% mark and eventually use a colder plug (higher number). My favorite fuel is the Tornado. It seems that everybody has his favorite brand. Important is just that you use REAL high quality fuel and not fuels where this is just printed on the label . When using those racing fuels you should hit the carburetor setting ... always, because they are not that forgiving like fuels with 15% of oil and more.
