does anyone know ways to remove a stuck carb?

What is the engine you have this problem on and how stuck is it.

i still running the c3,can i remove it by heating up the crankcase a bit?

Yes, you can try this with a hair dryer, but be certain that you have loosened the pinch bolt completely (if you have the single pinch bolt, remove the nut completely and carefully tap the end of the bolt to be sure it is loose in the crankcase, if you have the two piece pinch bolt, remove the screw and also remove both halves of this)...use some gloves or an oven mitten, as the crankcase will get hot!

When you do this, pull up on the carb as straight as possible, and avoid the temptation to twist back and forth (a little twisting might be necessary)...if you have some small burrs on the crankcase and/or carb body, the twisting motion will enable them to lock together very nicely.

It also is not a bad idea to try and put a little bit of oil around the area where the carb locates into the crankcase, this can help out, and maybe also put a little bit more on if the carb comes out a little bit at a time.

When you do remove the carb, be sure that you clean up any and all burrs on the carb base, and we use a little bit of #1400 oil around the base to help ease the reassembly.
