Rody I am having a hard time getting my ws7 to run cool.At 250 degrees it is not performing very well so I lean about a quarter of a turn and it runs great and still puts out a ton of smoke but comes in at about 300 degrees.Richen it back up and it cools off but there is a big loss of power.I have had others try and tune it but no luck. Also tried richening up the low end but didn't help.

Try another type/brand of fuel, could be this is causing the problem. You could also try and décompress the engine by adding 1 headshim of 0.1mm

I am running 20% odonnell fuel with a ounce of extra bel-ray mc1 oil added.I also tried one of my friends fuel and it did same thing.I will try the shim next.

My WS7 temps are running around 250-260 and I have tons of power. The engine has had only 20% run through it since break in. I will get my carb setting and send them to you. MAybe it will help you out.

On My WS7, I run Odonnel 30%. The engine temps at 200 to 210 when it comes off the track after a qualifier. In the Mains, it is still 200 to 210.
