what is the real power diff between them, and where (bottom,top or total range)? I currently have the 1005b in my kanai II and I am thinking ahead for next engine.

i think it might be a 5% increase in power. I heard it a long time ago i dunno how accurate that is. Unless you have "spare" cash then its probly not worth the extra money.

yea its 5%. I asked the same question a few months back. I still think the C5 rody is one of the best or The best engine that is out there. If u are a good tuner and have patients it can be the best engine u have gotten.
