I just got a ws7 and in the runin directions its says not to let the engine make too many rpms. Whats too many rpms?

RPM means Rotations Per Minute, if this still does not mean anything to you, then I suggest you ask your LHS or Dealer to help you with your engine and also to explain more. This before you do any damage which you then will regret.

I know what rpms are but i dont know whats too much exceots full thrittle. I guess ile see what my lhs says.
