Hello, I have almost a gallon though my new rb 5-port. Break in went good and I have tuned for max power. my problem is when my motor cuts out during acceleration. It happens on the strightaway in the midrange to high. I happens for just a split second. Its almost like a radio glich but not. I thought my low end was to lean so I richened it up and now my motor does'nt cut out put has poor low power. When you pull you car in from a few laps and it idles up does that mean the low end is to rich? What is the #1 sign of a lean low end. Could the top be to lean and the bottom to rich? I'm temping about 220. Thanks a lot for you help

When you come in from a few laps and it idles up can mean the idle needle is to rich, close it more until the rpm stays stable, when the rpm is to high, turn out the aircrew.

The engine boggs down if the idle needle is to lean(the engine misses some fuel at the beginning)

Did you already change the glowplug and or richen the main needle?
