it is running at 220 and when it is on the line it loads up how do i make it not too do it.....outher then this it runs gr8

This is a carburetor setting problem, too little information to help you but it seems your idle-needle is too rich.
I suggest to drop by your LHS and ask them to help you with your setting before you damage anything.
