Since I brought the X12 polished pipe for my C12 (103), I've had a few problems getting it running smoothly. This is down to my inexperience, almost certainly
Anyway.... when pulling away the engine chokes and dies. I think this is because the mixture is too rich, but all attempts to lean it out are failing
Which way am I suppose to be turning this high end screw.... the further in the screw, the less fuel, rite???

If you open the throttle and you have a feelong the engine gets too much fuel, close the idle needle more and try again untill the engine sounds clean when you open throttle.
If the engine starts to hesitate then re-open the idle needle again.
If the engine does not clear out when the throttle is totally opened, close more the main needle, this untill the engine gets good top-speed without overheating.

Thanks for the info Rody. Tried what you said and it still stalls when accelerating. Going to take it to the lhs to see if they can tune it.
Is it normal to have to open the throttle slightly when starting the engine??? I can't start it until I open the throttle slighty. Also, each time it stalls I have to reprime the engine. Don't know if that sheds any light on my problems.
