I just received a RB 063 pipe. After I installed it and tried to start my buggy, I noticed the engine was having a hard time getting fuel. After some experimenting I found out the pressure tap is solidly blocked. If I blow into the stinger and plug the other end with a finger absolutely no air moves through the fitting at all.
Any suggestions on how to correct this?

Bring back this pipe to the LHS or dealer you have purchased this pipe from and ask them to replace it.
