Hey people! I have just bought a X12 concept engine and am extremely pleased with it's performance and quality workmanship. Just a couple of quick questions, As a lot of other people have already said, I had the motor seize on me after the Idle process, I got it going after turning with pliers, just the initial small movement was enough to unseize it. Mind you it was still very tight. Does it hurt to run it in for longer, as in 1litre of fuel with the motor running really rich and low RPM or is it best to give it a few revs after about 500ml ? Would running it in slower give it less power in the end result? I actually ran it in from low RPM and just gradually up to higher RPM throughout about 1 Litre of fuel, Is this OK ? It seems to be running sweet and isn't so tight now.

i normally let the motor idle for about four tanks really rich setting, then but make sure inbetween tanks to let the motor cool down first, and turn the flywheel until you see the piston at the bottom of the sleeve so it wont seize, then i'll drive it around at 1/4 throttle for three tanks, then three tanks at 1/2,then finally i would only drive the motor at 65 to 70% of it's optimum for about 4 tanks, then set it at 90% of the motors optimum and you'll be ok the other 10% is just to be safe, and make sure to turn the piston to the bottum of the sleeve, and to cool the motor down inbetween tanks, and just remember to run it very rich be sure you see raw fuel spitting out of the stinger tip.
