just purchased ws7 for mugen mbx4 works need to know what the high/low speed setting
are.

Try this URL, this, I believe it is for all of the RB 3.5cc engines, and the assorted flavors in Carbs. (factory settings)

I asked for the same stuff and found this URL 30 seconds later.. go figure.

If you are asking for a needle setting for it to run right and in the right power band, that is something you will have to fool with in your temperature/altitudal zone, or ask someone who lives in the same area as you with experience for help.
