I just bought and installed a new X12 Turbo, and I wanted to know the proper way to break in this engine.

Read the instructions that come with the engine, if you have after more specific questions you can always ask but look around in this forum first, many of the questions you can ask are already answered somewhere in this forum.

This is how i breakin my motors leave the factory settings alone on the first startup because when the motor comes from the factory it is set in a way for it to start easier once started turn the high speed needle alittle (counterclock wise)until you hear the motor bog alittle then let it idle through the tank of gas as soon as you see about a little of gas left in the tank kill the motor dont let it idle till it's empty because if you do when it sucks in the last drop of gas it's already running in lean and may suck too much air in and break something (just to be safe)do this for two more tanks and on the 3rd drive it around alittle starting at 1/4 throttle (2 tanks)then half(2 tanks)then at 3/4 (2 tanks) make sure that you see some raw fuel coming out of the stinger and start setting it at 80% of engines power, and the motor should last you a while, remember to let the motor cool down between tanks and to also rotate the flywheel until the piston is in the bottom of the sleeve so you dont have to worry about the piston sticking,(be patient while breaking it in dont beat on it)good luck
