hi Rody my name´s Alvaro and i´m from Spain.
the first sorry my Inglish.

I have done 3-4L of glow power (16% Nitro whith oil 5%ricino and 5% Sintetic Motul Micro)
but the piston of my engine continue some hard. if I remove the plug and move the frill- inertia, when i to come full upper of compression, this is enough hard.

is normaly? I have done perfectly the first runing whit your manual during one litre of fuel.

This is normal and nothing to worry about, it just means that your engine is still in good condition and just not totally run-in yet.
