I've always broken down my engines in the past to ensure there are no metal shaving's inside the engine after it's been manufactured and placed loc-tite on the screws. Should this be done with RB engines also.

If you like to do this you can always check it if you want, however the quality of the engines nowadays is really good so no real need.
However I do not suggest to put any loctite on the screws, it will be a pain to dissasemble the engine again.
