Hello, i am very pleased to announce that i just purchased the brand new R3_rc.I'm quite new in rc and i made my very first steps with a matrix rw.I upgraded my car with this,as far as i can hear, excellent engine and i'd like to ask one thing or two. What's the benefit of using the removable venturi carb? This may seem a silly question to you but i have already mentioned i'm quite new in rc.I would also like to mention that when i tried to take the air filter off, the removable venturi came out with it.i had no problem fitting it again in the carb but i got troubled as i thought that every time i'll have to change the air filter the venturi will come out too.Isn't this going to damage the two o-rings attached on it?And if this happen i assume that the venturi will not fit tight any more inside the carb, which will affect the performance of the engine?

Erhar,
The removeable venturies are used so we can use the same carb. body for other type of engines where there are no rule restrictions and so we can use bigger venturies.
If the venturi becomes too loose you just need to change the o-rings, in any case this will not really affect the performances of the engine unless the venturi is really loose.

RS@le3,
The engine is powerfull and relaiable enough to win races with.

RS@le3,I'm still in the running in procedure, so i cannot give you specific details about the engine performance. The sure thing is that so far my impressions are very good,in spite of the fact that i'm running the engine very rich in fuel due to the running in process.
Rody this engine must be a real rocket, i'm looking forward to check it's real performance after the running in process will be complete. If you have any specific suggestions or precaution meters about this brand new engine, i am all ears.Thank you in advance.
