How much should I tighten the carb in the RB V12 .12 R3 engine??

This is indeed very hard to say and to explain, it should be tightened in a way that the carburetor does not move anymore and it does not goes loose anymore.
If you overtighten you will damage the aluminum and then it will be more hard to reposition the carburetor after if you ever need to do this.
