if you want a bump start engine with a slide carburetor then there's just #01700-000120 as I could figure out ... or the R3 which is a V12 or a Matrix engine. But the Matrix engines and the R3 have rear exhaust while the C12 engines have side exhaust.

Thank you very much for your help Rudy and Stefan Where can I get some info on the different crankshafts in various combinations and what are the performance differences? Also what would be the difference between slide and rotary carburetors? Once again thank you for your help and quick response

On a rotary carburetor the roll gets rotated for opening and closing the throttle. On a slide carburetor (f.e. on your Kyosho engine) the roll gets pulled out and pushed in for opening and closing the throttle.
The main difference regarding the crankshafts is their part where the clutch is mounted. The "normal" ones with a little smooth part at the front bearing for taking the flywheel collet (like your Kyosho engine has one) or the other ones which have a thread over the complete outside part (as you can see on the pictures).
I noticed the your Kyosho engine has the place for the flywheel collet and the thread for the flywheel nut. So, is the shaft which takes the clutch bearing(s) on the flywheel nut? I think so.
So or so, you need to use engines with the "normal" outside part of the crankshaft ... and just get another flywheel nut for it then.
