Hi,

I have an new Matrix and the top of the stroke is really sticky and I'm new to nitro. My bump starter is having a problem turning over the motor. It seems to get stuck on the top of the stroke. Do you guys know a method on starting this? I have not used after run oil in the carb, should I do that? My friend suggested to remove the glow plug first. The bumpstart I have is an OFNA true start. Help, any suggestions... it really get's stuck...almost freezes.

Use a hairdryer to heat up the engine before you start it, it will make it easier for the engine to turn over when it is warm.

Jep, use a hairdryer (don't be afraid, you won't overheat it). You can also loosen the glow plug a half turn.
