I too am very happy with rb engines. I could use some advice from you all. I'm purchasing the AE RC10GT2 for this winters indoor racing. I need some advice if the the 3 port v12 will be adequate for this car considering it is a circuit car engine. I'd rather use the turbo plug, and the sg shaft will do, and let's keep it legal. I also would like to get an rb pipe, but I need to know which one will work best for my setup. What type of manifold? Short or long? I hear that the v12 lacks some bottom end. No advice is ever wrong, model #'s on the parts would be great. Thanks

We are not completely familiar with the car you are using and so will help you as much as possible. But the best advice you should get from your LHS.
The bottom-end of the power of the engine depends on the manifold length or the gear-ratio you use, so you can play with this to find what you need.

yes, think of it like this, if you have a longer handle on something you can put more torque on it, same thing with pipes and headers, the longer they are the more the torque. to a point ofcourse. also the shorter the handle the less torque you can put on it but you can spin that handle around faster than a longer one, so a short pipe and header would give you topend
that has been the way i remember what is what and it works ok

Considering the v12 is designed for a circuit car, I thought that since stadium trucks for the most part are much heavier, I should go with a long pipe and manifold for best torque or bottom end.. Any suggestions?

I too am looking into running an RB engine in a GT2 for next summer's outdoor off-road season. Suggestions, suggestions...

I ran a K12 side exhaust in my GT2 this weekend and it was awsome. The power band was very linear and easy to drive. I could not be happier with a motor. I have run a M12 and O.S. CVR and neither of them felt like the RB. The last thing is the K12 has an incredible RPM range. When the other CVR's had topped out I just kept right on climbing. I can not wait to try the C12 with a pilot shaft. ToTheMaxx
