Hey, How are you? I just bought a used but WELL taken care of RB Concepts X12 "Rody" engine and I LOVE it! I would like to make some more modifications but I would like to consult with none other than the motors namesake itself. It is part #1700-000215 and it has a 3mm head gasket stock. I am running 20% nitro, would I be able to use a 1mm head gasket part #1700-020, running 20% and would it increase the performance? Also, I am thinking about getting the motor polished and ported by a well known shop, do you recomend it? This has to be one of the greatest motors I've ever owned and any help would be greatly appreciated by me. I am also going to purchase an RB Concepts TM323 for my T-Maxx, any performance advice for it? [Big Grin]

If your engine is running well and you are happy with it, then why change it..., these engines can become very critical if you try and squeeze too much out of it. So I suggest you leave it as it is and enjoy using it.

I of course cannot stop you from changing things but this is then entirely up to you to decide.
