Just looking for confirmation. I just bought this motor & am planning to run 30% nitro in it. If I have read correctly It comes shimmed at .003 for 16% and should be shimmed an additional .001 for each 5% increase in nitro over 16% thus giving a total shim height of .006 for 30%?

Yes, correct. However are your speaking in mm or inch? Because for every 5% nitro I would suggest to add 1 shim of 0.1mm.
