Hello Rody, I'm running your Team C5 Rody in 1/8th on-road and the Rody V-12 in 200mm. I will be attending a race in Las Vegas where detonation is a problem. In an earlier email to you regarding the C5 you suggested the 2020 pipe with conical header and 0.4mm total head clearance. Thank-you for that info. If I will be running 25% nitro will this still be sufficient head clearance? Also which plug would you recommend?

I will also be running the 200mm sedan class. Can you give me your reccommendation for head clearance, pipe, plug and nitro that you would run?

Thank-you Ray J.

Yes, if you keep the head-clearance of 0.4mm you should be safe with 25% nitro. However be sure that the engine you have is not the 01005-RC because this engine has a different quantity of head-shims to obtain the same head-clearance.

Glowplug adviced for las vegas 01051-7

For the 200mm, use the original head-clearance and 401 in-line pipe system works very well.
