Hello, I have a V12 (non turbo, 410) in my Schumacher R12. It seems to be running well but it also seems to be running fat, for the temp I'm getting. After 3-4 minutes running it is about 240-250F. I think it is running fat because I always have a ton of oil in the side(outside) of my body after a run. I'm running O'donnel 20% fuel right but I might be trying some Fantom 30% next time out. My needle settings are approx. 1-3/4 turn out on bottom and 5-1/4 turns out on top and I am running a McCoy MC 59 plug. I also plan on getting a turbo button for in soon. I have also added a thin shim to raise the head clearance slightly. Currently I am running on a small track (120ft straight) but next month I will be going to the Paris race in Las Vegas at the Silverbowl, which is probably twice that long. Does this all sound about right or do you have an suggestions? Thanks!

That you have a lot of oil on the outside of the body is possible, this depends on the fuel and its oil content.
However in your case it could be that you are running your engine too rich on the LSN and too lean on the HSN, so I suggest you try and lean out a little more the LSN and if after this the engine becomes too hot, then richen the HSN, normally if you do this the overall temperature of the engine will go down.
