I was looking into ceramic coating my X12 pipe for my X12 5port Rody. What's Pro and Cons for doing this. They say by not allowing the heat to be lost from the pipe, more heat energy is available to be reflected back into the engine by the tuned pipe. This results in more HP. Right now my X12 rody run realy good but if I can get more power why not. will this effect the life of the motor by doing this?

If your engine carburetor setting is good then the life of the engine will be good also.

As for your ceramic coated pipe, try but I do not believe it will bring you something.
