Is the only difference between these engines the turbo button? If not, please let me know the differences.

Can you really tell a big difference between the turbo 3 port v12 and a standard 3 port v12? I am leaning toward the standard because I heard that the engine runs hotter and the plugs are bit more expensive for the turbo and most people say that I really wont tell the difference between the two.
