Hi RB i am very very dissapointed with the quality of your engines. I bought a RB concept C12 in september last year and have not managed to get it runnin properly scince i broke it in dispite numerous tune ups from my local hobby shop, who cannot find out why it does not run propperly.
The engine boggs down when i go anywhere past half throttle. Firstly my shop tried tuneing it up normally and this didn't work , then they added a new glow plug and tried again this didn't work. They then decided to change the type of fuel i was useing to 20% blue thunder (this it what the shop i bought it from recommended i do)which made the engine sound alot better than the previous fuel..but yet again after tuning it up it still continues to bog down. Then after that we ran the engine again after my model shop thought they got it tuned properly...but it bogged down again ..then i tried resarting the engine because it stalled but the pullstart was strangely feeling 'free' so the second attempt at pulling the pull start cord it slipped out and didn't wind back in..i dint even feel any tension pulling it ,it just came out. Im sorry but i don't feel like wasteing any more time or money on this engine ...my kyosho Gx12 preformed better than this. I have been advised to send it to CML distribution as they are the main importers of your engines in the UK ...can you please give me any advice on what to do because this is rediculous for a 150 pound engine.
I hope you can do something about this please.
